dunno what state your in but as long as your not in Rhode Island or Wyoming & this in now 8 yrs old its past any states SOL so id just simply send them a crrr saying STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT , once they get that they'll go after others whom have no clue on their legal rights .. just my opinion & good luck , kelly ........
