Looks good, you will need to send for verification purposes, a current utility bill (within 90 days) showing your correct address, and a copy of your drivers license and ss card.

Make sure you list these as included in your letter.

Send the letter CRRR and if you know a lawyer, put cc the Lawyer's name, get his/her permission first.
