How did you get your credit report? Did you use your Fl. address? If so, they will start hounding you here.

You are beyond the 4 year Fl. SOL for legal action on all the debts EXCEPT Sears, which will be up this Nov.

If they know where you are, Sears will file suit and get a judgment against you.

I suggest you do nothing, the accounts will drop off 7 years from the first delinquency date, which would range from July 2004 to Nov.2006.
