Compucredit, Fingerhut, RJM Acquisitions.

My wife purchased some stuff from Fingerhut several years ago. She only received half of the merchandise. She called Fingerhut and notified them of this. They said they would research. She never heard back from them. Now her credit report shows the Fingerhut account, purchased by RJM. I called Fingerhut and they gave me an 800 number for Compucredit. I called that number and was completely unable to bypass their automated system. I am unable to find any phone numbers for RJM and am at a loss as to what to do. It shows that the account was opened on 08/02, but that is impossible because my wife opened the account a couple of years before we were married on 01/02. Any suggestions on what to do about this?
