I personally never recommend filing suit against CAs or CRAs for violations, UNLESS you have actually suffered proveable damages. I suggest you lean back, relax,and let your credit reports rest for a while before trying to do any repairs. Sometime in mid Nov.you can start "fixing" your credit history.Lots of advice for that on creditnet.com .Do not apply for credit, until you have cleaned your report, you will only get sub-prime high interest cards and have a harder time cleaning your report up.
