Good idea ! Thanks WhyChat :) Since I posted this, she has contacted a lawyer and he is going to prepare papers to stop that mess. Her husband's lawyer actually advised him NOT to respond to the levy notice !!! He's got 5 days.. she thinks the lawyer is off his rocker and he's going to file his Answer anyway.
