Some of the larger CA's seem to operate under "affiliate" names in various parts of the country. The most common one is Sherman Acquisitions. The are a.k.a. Gulf Coast (or is it Gulf state), Northland Group, and I am suspecting the name Alegis Group as one of their affiliates. Does anone out there have a list of affiliate names of certain CA's? I'm thinking that if they can't collect with one affiliate they transfer the account to another to attempt collection.
