You need to remember that Camco employees are idiots. A SOL letter let's them know they are powerless but they can still contact you. Send certified and/or faxed a simple letter that states. "CEASE AND DESIST. I wish you to cease and desist all comunication with me. This includes both phone and mail". If you did not include something like this then they can legally keep calling and sending dunning notices.
