Any Bank in SC that doesnt use Chexsystems service?

Can someone please tell me if there is a bank in south carolina that does not use chexsystems service? Ive had a account with the bank that reported me since I was 16...no problems till about 6 mths ago when i got behind because of a mistake in balancing. The account was closed out due to mounting late charges (5 dollars a day in negative)and the account was paid in full. Whats the reward for paying the debt....5 yrs on chexsystems! One mistake and I have to wait 5 years because of a system I knew nothing about till I tryed to open a new account somewhere else! This really isnt fair! Thanks for any help!
