This guy keeps calling, would it be a GOOD idea or a BAD idea, to simply say to him, Hey...I have no personal property, I live in Florida, you can't touch my house, my Jeep is in my husbands name (married him a few months ago, could put jeep in his name tomorrow), I don't work...you keep saying that your client WANTS a judgement because he can make so much money from it....Go for it, don't see how you would collect? Or would I be best NOT to even take anymore of his phone calls?
