Quit talking to those guys on the phone. For God's sake never say anything like that. Circumstances change. What if your husband died or the 2 of you divorced and you got the house?A judgment last for a long time. Just because you have nothing today doesn't mean you won't have something tomorrow. Don't dare someone to sue you-they may just take you up on it if they think you won't fight back.
