LOL I did that, saying I left my DH and he didn't live there anymore. But now I guess that wasn't such a good idea. They also got my UNLISTED number and my dads number (they starting calling my dads house asking for DH) They also got my cell number which is in the companys name I work for. How did they do that? I know the sol has run out, but didn't send them anything. They haven't called in a few months. Now I am wondering if they put something in the paper. It has to be OUR local paper right? I can't wait for this to be over!!! Maybe I should send an sol letter anyway and check my DH credit report. Anyone have any suggestions? Or should I just leave it alone? It was for a repo in 1-98. We live in Az. I have read and was told they can only collect or get a judgement within 2 yrs.
