Me again.
I sent experian an SOL letter concerning a collection for an apartment complex. (I broke the lease in Nov 1996 and they tried to charge me 5 times the amount. Tried validation with them and all they sent was the breakdown of the charges and an app). Anyway, I'm in Georgia and I think they are past SOL.
Well, they sent back their typical form and said "...responding to your request to verify....The item listed below could not be investigated because you did not tell us specifically why the information is inaccurate."
What should I do? thanks duke
