I will paste the email I got from daniel adelman who has filed in 4 states to this date. Actually I just talked to him last night and he just filed in a 5th state although I forget which. The point is he will file in any state if you have written or taped evidence to back your case. He will do this on contingency also. I suggest giving him a call.

We have filed class actions against CAMCO on behalf of residents of TX, MD, CA and IL. The basic allegation is that they represent that people whose debts are beyond the statute of limitations will be held legally responsible for them and that they will update the credit reports of persons whose debts are more than 7 years old. If persons from those or other states want to file similar claims, let us know.
