Ok I am ready to attempt to explain again what I need. Let us pretend I have to go to court and convince the judge that a cc is open ended and not written. Obviously I cannot just tell him this and I highly doubt pasting the paragraph you wrote in your sol letter and printing it out would work. What I need, and am failing to find, is the exactly link to the TILA and if you can the exact link to the section that lists proof of an open ended cc account. Something that would stick up in court. What I am trying to compile is a report if you will that you could give to someone who is being sued by a scam CA for a SOL debt and it is something that would walk them through answering a complaint, asking for discovery, proving a cc is open ended, and filing a countersuit(such as the kimber case) for filing on a time barred account, frivilous suit, violations of the fdcpa as per kimber,ect. asset acceptance is filing about 20 suits a week on SOL debts in my city alone. that are making scamco look like angels. Usually they get default judgements but lately there have been alot of services to people who actually still live in their home. 2 attorneys are basically handling all the cases and I want their balls(ok one is a girl so does not count) on a platter. And yes(wink) I do still take this personally but I will start one person at a time until a pattern of abuse is shown and maybe the courts will care someday(before I die of old age).
