Scott , im not great in copying and pasting but MAYBE this will help you but maybe not , its the Nevada statue .. its under www.leg.state.nv.us , its listed under NRS 97A.060 ... its phrased , credit card account - means open line of credit .. it says lots more & as i understand it basically says like whychat has on his site about being open account .. i realize its Nevada law but maybe it might help direct you some what .. kel ...
