I just had my 341 meeting yesterday for BK7 and have had this discussion regarding my auto with my attorney....I suspect that the loan company will come and get the car if you do not reaffirm the debt....also if you want to keep the car I would suggest that you make the march payment because you will have to bring it current prior to BK Discharge. My daughter works at a finance company and they do pickup cars and anything that is not reaffirmed even if you owe one last payment on it. I am in MS.
