Received a letter from NCO. No mention of validation. Just for me to call. This is another bill in my former name before last divorce. I need to know what to do now. I assume this bill is past SOL but as it did not show up on my credit report from Feb.2003. Of course Experian was not listed on this cr at all. But not on 2001 cr either and they did show exp. I need some advice on how to handle this one.
