Hi there, I started receiving calls from NCC of Scranton, Pa regarding a Visa from 9yrs ago.. I told them it was past SOL and to stop calling... I sent them your c&d letter right away, certified (which they rec'd and I have confirmation)... they are still calling everyday.. it is one collector (Mike Long), can I sue for violations? I have found that when they call all I mention is I will record the conversation and he hangs up.. It is so bad that i ordered call screening and now my phone won't accept calls from that number... Thanks for a great site and sorry to be a pest...
