Freeze on checking acct:_WHYCHAT

This is a question for someone else. My husbands boss has been going through a divorce in WV. Today the bank notified him that his checking acct has a freeze placed on it. There was no summons , no letter nothing. Of course she did this because it was noticed that they had doubled appraisal and it was a mistake made in Appraisers office. He of course appealed settlement. Is there anything he can do to get his funds released? This acct. is what all his rent etc.is pd. from including child support and her alimony. He owns the business with his brother
