-I posted earlier that I went to a FL pre-trial conference and told them the debt was not mine. I asked the lawyer to send me proof. -Should I send a written validation request to him? Does the Court automatically set a trial date now or does the lawyer have to request it? -Is there any chance that this might not proceed to trial? I'm wondering what to expect. -Thanks.
