The simplest way to mount a reasonable defense if you are sued in Fl.or anyplace else is to get a lawyer. The next best thing is to be smart enough and educate yourself enough to mount a proper defense IN WRITING.

I don't think that demeaning judges and court systems,even if they deserve it, accomplishes anything. Nor does,in my opinion, criticising the CA lawyers and the corrupt Gov. of any State or our Country.

The point I am trying to make is, that plain practical advise to hhelp people get through the legal mess, is what is needed.

As to Fl. Courts, they SHINE in comparison to some other States. If you present your defense, or counterclaim in clear language WRITTEN, with copies for the Judge, the Court and the opposition,there is a MUCH better chance than flying by the seat of your pants.
