From what I have read on this site:
SOL in TEXAS is four years. The sol date would be the last payment that was late to the original creditor. Payments made to collections agency's do not count or re-start your dates. You need to get copies of your credit report and go from there. Look up sol in the search box here and see what other things you can come up with.
