I filed bankruptcy in January of 1999 for my business. I didn't include my wifes name on it or our personal debts. I should have though, because I've had trouble paying them ever since because of lack of work. Can my wife or I file now for our personal debts? I'm really in trouble, to many credit cards (about$25,000) worth. I know I have to wait so many years to file again, I just thought maybe there was a way to do personal now, beings I did business before?
I have no idea? Does anyone know? Just had house foreclosed and my van is just about to be repossesed. I need help?
