question about paid tax lien

thanks for all the help i have gotten so far.

questions: i just paid my tax lien (georgia) off in full and would like to know if i should fax the letter to the cra's? or should i just send it? or both?

also, how do they report it and (i think i asked this before; sorry) is there a chance of me getting it off all together?
