Good for you!! I sure wish I would have backed out! I wouldnt be in this mess im in.I learn things the hard way (and most expensive!) My husband was uncertain about the whole thing , but I just wanted to help and he went right along with me. I have to say I have a good man, with the amount of money invovled a lesser man would have divorced me by now!
