What State are you in, when did you last make a payment directly to Cap.1 on a CURRENT (not past due) billing statement.

Your story is sad, but it unfortunately proves the point that the system is skewed AGAINST those, like yourself who want to pay their debts.

I suggest you refrain from any more telephone contact with this CA lawyer.

Have you gotten your credit reports to see the results of your noble efforts to pay your debts?
