I think we are going around in circles on this.-- let me be as clear as I can be;

1.scamco files a time-barred lawsuit.

2.Informed debtor files a SOL response based on the complaint/and or credit reports o personal knowledge that the account (IF it is the same account) is beyond SOL.

3. scamco sends debtor interogatories requesting information about payments charges etc. on the account.

4. debtor CORRECTLY states "no knowledge"- due to fact that no valdation has been received from scamco to prove it is the debtor's account.

Surely, you are not suggesting that a defendant must produce dates and amounts on an account that may or may not be the subject of the claimant's lawsuit?
