I did a search on the type of policy I was referring to... The policies in question are from a very large/well know Insurance company... Again - thanks for the help. The intent was to always go through a lawyer regarding all of this. I just have to plan a trip and set all this up... I needed to get more information as to what the ramifications potentially could be and frankly, I couldn't find any info on the 'net.
