You may be sued by them, they will get a default judgment if you do not answer the service.

There is no wage garnishment in Tx and there is complete homestead exemption. HOWEVER,they can (and do) get a garnishment"freeze" order against your bank accounts, prior to filing their claim.

So, if you have bank accounts that you have written checks on to pay any of these accounts, I suggest you make other arrangements. If you own other property, such as cars or non homestead real estate, that may also be vulnerable to lien. (your 401 is safely exempt).
