Under state sol's on your web, for florida it says open acct.s 4 years, domestic judgements 7 yrs renewable, foreign 5 years..what does that mean, the sol on cc for example is 4 years for them to file suit..and if they do, then the judgement is in place for 7 years and can be renewed...please clarify..otherwise i believe a judgement can remain in force for ever...correct. thanks for your info..if this is true then can you settle after a judgement is in force...
