What next

Hi, It's me again. I was wondering after all my mess is cleaned up, lawsuit, bankruptcy, etc, if I can sue for harrassment. These 4 years have been he-- for me and my family. The thought of the sheriff coming in a tagging all my possessions is scaring me into being a total wreck again. I'm not the kind of person to cause trouble, but this has gone on long enough.

The harrassment isn't just upsetting me but also my sisters who live with me. The phone calls and threating letters and collectors hounding me is hard on them too. April 1st is my appearance date in front of magistrate, I'm not going with the advice of my attorney. I enjoy reading comments and sometimes giving a little advice when I can.
