Toll Free Call from CA

We are receiving 3 to 4 calls a day from a 1 800 number that I believe if from a CA in Blue Bell, PA. The 1-800-379-8414 show up on caller ID but does not identify the caller's ID. We have call blocking and the call is ringing but they cannot leave a message we have call block if the caller does not ID themselves. They cannot leave a message it will just the call did nit go through is they do not identify themselves. I cannot figure which account the CA is calling from so I can send a C&D letter. From what I can find by calling from another location is they are the Law Offices of Donald F Borrell. However, the PA bar does not have a record of any attorney licensed in PA under that name. How do I stop the calls, they are driving me nuts. Thank you in advance, this is a great message board!
