It looks like Capital One is suing defaulted card holders just like Discover Card is. My local court database indicates that Capital One is suing for amounts as low as $500 and obtaining garnishment orders to recover the balances. The Wisconsin Court Database is at http://wcca.wicourts.gov/ Tim
