There is a 100% certainty that the trade line will be deleted.. one way or another, if only by waiting 7 years. If you try other deletion strategies your opportunity for an earlier deletion depends on the circumstances of your dispute, the reporting CA, which CRA you are dealing with, and the phases of the moon.
