Should I be concerned?

Recently I received a credit card solicitation from CitiBusiness Card - It came to my home address but it was addressed on the first line to a Robert D. Williams and on the second line was my first initial and my last name. Then the greeting is directed toward Robert D. Williams.
I have no idea who the heck this person is- Should I be concerned? I subscribe to a credit check that informs me of changes to my credit report and I can pull them when I need- I constantly watch this but have not noticed anything strange.
I am not sure what or who I would need to contact to ask how this happened or if I should just chalk it up to an innocent mistake.
