4 separate debts at ca

I have 4 separate medical debts from 3 companies on my credit report from the same CA. I have sent a settlement offer to CA with removal from my credit report as a stipulation. Each debt is small but total about 800.00.

I am still within the sol so I am trying to determine my what my leverage, if any, is on the possibily of a settlement. My question is, if the ca sues me, do they have to bring suit for each of the three separate companies or can they sue once for all of them. Basically, I am trying to determine if it will be worth their while to sue.
