I am doing an individual bk, although am married. I have 3 vehicles, I am opting for the state exemptions (I am in Tx). One of the cars my ex has, so I am surrendering it as the secured property. The other 2 cars are here, one running one not. I can claim one of them exempt as the car. The other one is my question. There is an exmeption that includes tools equipments books including boat and motor vehicles. Can I put the vehicle under this. I already have an exemption under this one also as I have tools to work on my car. Thank you.
