Last week I posted a question regarding a Notice of Arbitration, being given 30 days to respond (3/10).
While in the process of formulating my reply, as well as filing the proper complaints, I received this day, the Award Given by the Arbitration Board (3/17), there determination being made on 3/11 - of course against me for failure to respond with in the thirty days given. I suppose they really meant 30 hours. In addition today, my wife received a tax bill from California for 1986 for nearly $3000. I suppose these people expect me to pull out my tax returns from 17 years ago. Incredible!!!!! John
