Hope you have read Lady's comments on your prior post....I recommed that you consult with an attorney about your situation. The $$ spent is worth it. I am in the middle of a BK7 myself and considered doing it myself.....I read all the post on this site and others and became educated and got an attorney that would take the $$ in payments. You have a mixture of Federal and State Laws that must be considered in doing BK; not to mention a spouse to deal with.
Hopefully whychat or Lady can add some to my post.
