There is little to NO chance of any CA in Ohio, who KNOWS you are aware of your rights being stupid enough to pay to hire a lawyer in your State to file suit on a time-barred debt.Much less having any lawyer stupid enough to risk losing his license to file such an obviously illegal claim.

Call the sherriff's office and ask what they want.Perhaps they are looking for someone,or have some important information for you. It is CERTAINLY not about the debt you are in hysterics about.
