Here is a link to a search page for Florida,scroll down and click on Judgments, these are the ones that have been filed in Tallahassee. Enter your name;

If it doesn't show up in THAT data base, then go to the top of that search page, click on Counties,go to the County it was filed in, click on Public Records for the County, enter your name there and see the exact way the judgment was filed.If it was under another name, go back to the 1st search and look again.

Enjoy the sun and sand in Mexico, Fl. has become VERY crowded and real estate prices are skyrocketing. I hope you got a CURRENT appraisal with CURRENT comparables when you sold the property.
