(Unless you signed a contract to finance something (like orthodenture) I believe health care falls under the UCC 4 years goods and services in all States) I was treated in emergency room in Feb 1999. Never paid on it, and is now in ca's files. Is there really an sol for this? It is with Oakwood Hospital in Michigan.
