There is a SOL on almost everything, (civil- not criminal)

A transaction in "goods & services" is covered under the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code)

I have a link on my website to the UCC,if you need to find the specific part that deals with SOL on "services".

Some States DO have other specific (shorter) time periods for health provider services, it relates to insurance billing etc.Time for submitting bills, and SOL for legal action, but in general, as far as I have been able to tell, they all seem to consider health provider services as part of "goods & services" in the UCC.
