Where at in the FDCPA did it state this. I call myself going throught it, but I did exactly run across it. When you say verification of debt dose that included any payments made to the agency? The 30 days from notification is that from written or phone contact, and the reason I am asking is according to the agency the sent us one letter which was in 1998 according to them and I recieved a call from them week before last. Which they said was a final call to collect.
