If you have a lawyer, this should be a piece of cake, less than 10 minutes. Your situation isn't all that unusual either.

Below is a link to the Trustee's Handbook. Go to Appendix A about 2/3 the way down and you'll find a list of the official questions they are supposed to ask. People with lawyers are typically asked fewer 'other' questions than those that file pro se.

One person elsewhere posted the following for what they were asked as pro se filers:

" were the signatures ours, was everything the same, those kind of questions....

Then he asked about our house, were we on water or a river?
Were we going to reaffirm?
Had we made improvements to the house?
He asked if we loaned anyone any money? Family or friends?
Asked if we were owed any money?
Asked if we had any antiques, collectibles, etc?
Asked if we had any sporting goods, boats, motors, snowmobiles?
Asked if we had received any lump sum payments of over $5000 in the last 3 years?
He asked if I had any 401k plan and it was on the schedule...about $500.

He had asked all the couples the above questions, but then asked them all sorts of additional things such as where they arrived at the amount of charitable contributions? There work history, the reason they got into debt"

Good Luck !!!
