No they aren't requesting any notorized affadavit or anything they just sent the statement. The weird thing is the checks are for small even amounts. I think is a misdmeaner there all under 50.00 in fact the biggest is 30.00 and the same stores a year later in the same amount and check #'s are a few #'s apart. There are a few stores that I haven't even heard of!! I called them and they said the courts have the checks. I would like to see a copy of them. I don't recall even having a bank account at the time. Man I am so stressed out. My wife is stressed also. Will they come and arrest me in AZ if this was done in OK. The total in checks were approx. 150.00 they said the total now is 880.00 I have no problem paying if in deed they are mine, but I honestly don't think they are.
