Do the BK Ch7- get it past you.
2 years after discharge your credit will be bettr than it was before this started.

IF you have 1 or 2 credit cards, like a gas card or store card that will not be up for renewal anytime soon, and has a low enough balance. Pay it off at least 60 days prior to filing BK, and do not use it until at least 60 days after discharge. You do NOT have to put 0 balance credit cards or store accounts into your filing, and when it is all over you will have a base to reestablish your credit.
