I am within the sol, most of the cc are just being charged off. i live in florida..so according to what youve said above, rather than settle, since the others will file against me immedidately are my chances better to wait till it goes to judgement??????????I dont have much cash on hand..and cant do much at this time with the other cc's as far as settling goes..will i get farther trying to settle with oc, or ca's if the accounts go to suit and judgements. is time better for negotiating settlement when more time has lapsed...thanks so much..
