If the account is NOT joint, your husband's name is NOT on the account, they cannot touch his wages.

The cannot take any assets unless they fall outside the exemptions from judgments, which they'd have to get first before they can attempt to take anything, community property or not. The travel trailer could be a target, as I'd be willing to bet its outside the allowed exemptions.

An 'asset investigator' ?? Geez.. the titles these jerk CA's come up with !!! Your bank account *could* be garnished, yes. But, as I said above, they have to sue your first and win a judgment before they can do squat.
